The second most visited site after Google in the whole world is Facebook which is a powerful social media for online entrepreneurs like you. If you are interested in finding leads for your business on the Internet, you must include Facebook in your marketing strategy.

Did you know that 400 million people around the world use Facebook on an average of 1 hour per day? That is quite a lot of time to spend on a single site. People usually use Facebook to connect with their friends and colleagues. However, Facebook can also be used to generate hundreds of leads for your business if you know how. I am now going to share some twists which can start getting you 8 to 10 new leads every day from Facebook.

The thing about Facebook is that you need to build relationships with people. I know of many entrepreneurs who have thousands of friends on Facebook but still are not able to generate leads from them. The reason is that they fail to develop relationships. Now, it is easy to discover and add friends to Facebook from groups and pages using tools like Friend Adder.

If you want more people to visit your Facebook page more often you need to connect with them on a personal level.

Always write a note on the wall of the person who is requesting to be your friend or whom you want to add to your friends. When they find a personal message on their wall, people become curious and go find out more about who has written that note. This way you get more people coming to your Facebook page, where obviously you have your business information on your profile.

What message to write? That’s a good question. Any message won’t do. It is worthwhile to spend some time reading the person’s previous wall posts or any recent wall post and then make your comment in relation to that. Make it informal and warm.

Do not advertise your stuff on other people’s wall. That is the No.1 way to kill any chance you have of getting a lead.

What you can do on a regular basis is to make pertinent comments on at least 10-15 people’s Facebook wall. This will start getting you more visitors to your Facebook page and eventually more leads.
